Terms of Service

1. The service

RB ZAM ZAM LIMITED (RC 9666238) provides a prepaid wallet used to buy data, airtime and bill payments. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
• Keep your password and 5-digit transaction PIN secret. Transactions authorised with your PIN are treated as made by you.
• One account per person; we may suspend accounts used fraudulently.

3. Wallet & payments

• Wallet funding is by bank transfer to your personal virtual account and is credited automatically. The wallet is prepaid and non-interest-bearing.
• Purchases are delivered automatically. If a delivery fails, the full amount is returned to your wallet immediately.
• Prices shown at checkout are final and include our fees.

4. Prohibited use

No fraud, money laundering, resale in breach of network-operator rules, automated abuse, or use by sanctioned persons. We comply with Nigerian AML/CFT law and report where required.

5. Liability

We are liable for wallet balances we hold for you. We are not liable for network operator outages, for losses caused by you sharing your credentials, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.

6. Complaints & contact

Email support@rbzamzam.com. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may escalate to the relevant Nigerian consumer-protection or financial regulator. These terms are governed by Nigerian law.
