1. Who we are

RB ZAM ZAM LIMITED (RC 9666238), 01 Kofan Gayan, Behind Jumaa Mosque, Kofan Kuyan Bana, Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria ("RB ZAM ZAM", "we") operates the rbzamzam.com website and the RB ZAM ZAM mobile application for data, airtime and bill payments.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, phone number and/or email address, hashed password and hashed transaction PIN.
  • Transaction data: wallet balances, top-ups, purchases, references and receipts — kept as required by Nigerian financial regulations.
  • Funding data: your dedicated virtual account number issued through our licensed payment partners (e.g. PaymentPoint). We never see or store your card PINs or bank passwords.
  • Identity data (KYC): where required for regulated services, your ID type and number (stored encrypted with AES-256) and verification documents.
  • Device data: push-notification tokens and basic diagnostics.

3. How we use it

To create and secure your account, deliver the services you buy, credit your wallet automatically, prevent fraud, meet Know-Your-Customer and anti-money-laundering obligations, and send you transaction notifications. Marketing messages are optional and can be turned off in the app.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the payment and delivery providers needed to complete your transactions, with regulators where the law requires it, and with no one else. We do not sell personal data.

5. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Passwords and PINs are stored only as strong one-way hashes; government ID numbers are encrypted at rest. Money movements use a double-entry ledger with full audit trails.

6. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to financial record-keeping laws). Contact support@rbzamzam.com.

7. Retention & children

Financial records are retained for the periods required by Nigerian law, then deleted. Our services are not directed at children under 18.
